Last week our wonderful volunteers came together to assemble 200 hygiene kits for St. Andrew’s Food Bank, helping provide essential personal-care items to individuals and families in our community who are experiencing food insecurity and other challenges.

We are so grateful to everyone who donated supplies, volunteered their time, and helped make this service project possible. 💙

Small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference and we are so thankful for a parish community that continues to show up for others.

Please join us in welcoming Fr. Joseph Minuth to St. John the Baptist Catholic Church! ✨

This weekend, we joyfully welcome Fr. Joseph as he begins his ministry as our new pastor. Most recently, he served as pastor of Holy Family Catholic Church in Ogden, and we are excited to welcome him to our St. John the Baptist family. 🙏

Fr. Joseph recently shared:

“I love being a priest. The priesthood is not simply what I do—it’s who I am.”

Please keep Fr. Joseph in your prayers as he begins this new chapter of ministry. If you see him after Mass this weekend, be sure to introduce yourself and help us give him a warm St. John the Baptist welcome! ⛪️💙

🌍 INTERNATIONAL MASS & POTLUCK — THIS SUNDAY! 🍲

Join us Sunday, May 31 for our International Mass at 11 AM, with a parish potluck immediately following!

We still urgently need dishes and volunteers to help make this event a success. Right now, only 20 of our 40 dish sign-up spots have been filled.

To help us properly prepare and accommodate everyone attending, please sign up ahead of time if you plan to bring a dish to share.

We are also still looking for volunteers to help with:
• Set up tables & chairs
• Accepting & organizing dishes
• Clean up after the event
• Canopy tents for shade

This is such a beautiful celebration of the many cultures within our parish community, and we would love your help in making it possible. Thank you for your generosity and support! 💙 💚
