We are currently seeking an assistant to help with the development of early learners and young students in math and reading skills.

Training in our program and methods is provided so we are looking for individuals who interact well with young children and can provide an enthusiastic learning experience.

Our Teaching Assistants work with preschool and elementary children in developing basic pre-reading and number skills utilizing Kumon worksheets and supplemental materials according to the Kumon method. They also reinforce proper study approach and work skills, such as organization and be able to work at a steady pace.

Hours
Monday’s and Thursday’s. 3-7pm
Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s. 3-6pm ok

Kumon Of Draper is in search of an assistant instructor and an assistant grader. The assistant instructor will be responsible for working with students on math and reading assignments as well as making sure each students understands the material or needs review when needed. The assistant must also communicate with parents from time to time to give updates about the child's progress. The assistant grader position is responsible for grading student classwork and homework assignments. The grader works as a team with other graders and must complete grading work in a timely manner as students will be waiting on corrections. Graders must also communicate and assist pupils if they have questions or are struggling, relay information back to the manager if they notice the student is not understanding the material or not doing their homework. This is a part time position. Average hours per week is 10-15 hours on a bi-weekly salary. Work days are Monday - Thursday. Pay will be discussed at interview.
