Week 2: Outdoor Exploration & Camping Fun 🌲⛺️

Nature scavenger hunts, glowing lightning bugs, camping adventures, and dramatic play that kept these little campers busy all week. Safe to say the campsite was the place to be!

This year, we spent March “traveling” to Australia — learning about the land, culture, people, and animals of the Outback through hands-on projects and creative play. We saved every craft along the way and transformed our classroom into a little piece of Australia 🦘✨

Pretty sure they think we travel to the moon every night for camp supplies 🌙🚀 Moon sand, fizzy moon rocks, and tiny astronauts fully committed to the mission 😅

POV: Summer camp is already giving core memory energy ☀️🚀🎨 and we’re just getting started.

🚀 Summer camp = officially cleared for takeoff. Our first week theme: Blast Off to Outer Space 🌎✨ NASA dramatic play is in full swing — astronaut gear, teamwork, problem-solving (“uhhh… we’re out of fuel again 😅”), and missions that somehow always make it back to Earth. Houston, we have no problems… just very important astronaut business. 🧑‍🚀🪐

This room celebrated something extra special — their names. From letters to creativity, each student created a project inspired by what makes them uniquely them. Watching their personalities shine through their artwork made this room one of our favorites ❤️🎨
