Central Bucks Martial Arts

The Fall is almost upon us, and the time to move our activities indoors and revisit the dojo is here. If you have friends or family that are interested in traditional martial arts, now is a great time to have them visit.

Spring is a fantastic time to consider taking up the martial arts. It's a community event, but very much an individual experience. We at Central Bucks Martial arts are interested in showing you how positive, supportive and engaging our classes can be as the days grow longer.

The Bucks County Shotokan Karate Association advanced training was held on Tuesday 9/12, focusing on attack and defense with Bo staff. A nice turnout, especially for a Tuesday evening in the fall. As additional training seminars are developed and announced, I'll post details here.

As we prepare to get back into the swing of the traditional school year, it's good to think about ways to maintain a year-round commitment to exercise. Central Bucks Martial Arts can help you with that by providing a consistent and supportive environment to train your body isometrically.

Training on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7pm to 8pm, we instruct and practice Shotokan style karate. Our combined class is appropriate for anyone interested in learning traditionally styled karate-do ages 8 and up.
