DTA Ag Honor Society - Delaware Valley University Chapter Delta Tau Alpha National Agricultural Honor Society - DVU Chapter

The purpose of DTA is to recognize scholarship and leadership accomplishments of agricultural students, promote character development, enhance undergraduate preparation for professional positions, and join together other agricultural student in an organizations dedicated to the promotion of agriculture. Since 1965, the Delaware Valley University Chapter of DTA, those inducted into this society hav

e been chosen based on outstanding academic performance, the demonstration of strong leadership qualities and the exhibition of good character. To be eligible, active members must have completed at least forty five semester hours of college courses, at least nine of those semester hours being agricultural study, and rank among the highest thirty-five percent of their class in general scholarship.
