The Wayne County Health Department will be offering Back-to-School Vaccine Clinics at Chippewa during our open houses:

📅 Jr./Sr. High School Clinic: August 13, 2026 | 4–6 p.m.
📅 Kindergarten Clinic: August 21, 2026 | 4–6 p.m.

These clinics provide a convenient opportunity for students to receive required and recommended vaccinations before the start of the school year. Families are encouraged to complete the required consent forms and bring a copy of their insurance card if applicable.
