Combat Fitness Martial Arts is proud and honored to host Sensei Erik Paulson to the Philadelphia area. Sensei Erik is the founder and head instructor of the Combat Submission Wrestling (CSW) Association and operates his own academy, CSW Training Center, in Fullerton, CA.

Sensei Erik is a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and Judo and was recently promoted to the distinguished rank of Seventh-Degree, Red & Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under Master Rigan Machado. He is also a Full Instructor in Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts/Kali, and Silat under G**o Dan Inosanto. Sensei Erik is the first American to win the World Light-Heavy Weight Shooto Title in Japan. He has trained MMA fighters such as Josh Barnett, Ken Shamrock, Renato Sobral, Cub Swanson, James Wilks, Brock Lesnar, and the Ruotolo brothers.

Two hours was not enough learning from Kru Jaroon, aka “Superdad”, the owner and head instructor of Jaroonsak Muay Thai Gym located in Phuket, Thailand. Kru Jaroon is the father and trainer of Supergirl and Wondergirl who both fought at ONE Championship. (Both Superdad and Supergirl were first here two years ago to teach a seminar at our gym.)

Kru Jaroon showed his brand of Muay Thai— from stance, striking, elbows, knees, clinch, and throws. It was awesome! Khup Khun Krub, Kru, for spending your Sunday with us! 🙏🏽
