Groundstrokes

3 drills to help on your road to 4.0 📝 Number 1 is groundstrokes. This will help your singles play, one player in one corner hitting to each side moving the other player + then switch it up. Aim for safe targets + stay dialed in to keep the rally going. 📝 Number 2 is transition resets. This drill helps with quick reflexes, soft hands + maintaining composure.  One player will be in the transition zone + the other player will be about a foot inside the kitchen. This allows your opponent to be more aggressive + reduces the time you have to react. 📝 Number 3 is working on drops.
