Happy Thanksgiving to our students, faculty, staff, alumni, community, and friends!

The Delaware Valley University Board of Trustees announced today that it has selected veteran educator and administrator Dr. Benjamin E. Rusiloski as the University’s fourteenth president. Dr. Rusiloski has served DelVal for more than 25 years and led the launch of the University’s nationally-recognized experiential learning program, Experience360. He has served most recently as DelVal’s interim president.

“Throughout the search process, Dr. Rusiloski’s work in experiential learning really stood out to us,” said Majid Alsayegh, chair of the University’s Board. “As Delaware Valley University celebrates 125 years of providing students with both knowledge and relevant real-world experience, we wanted a leader who could continue to build on that legacy. He’s truly passionate about DelVal’s mission of ‘science with practice’ and committed to preparing students for success after graduation.”

Homecoming is right around the corner! Join us for our tailgate and football game on Oct. 30 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tailgate ticket sales end Tuesday, Oct. 26 at 11:59 p.m. Tailgate includes all you can eat game day favorites, craft beer, and soft drinks. Please note that current DelVal students are welcome free of charge with the purchase of at least one ticket by a family member. This year, advanced ticket purchases are required to attend the tailgate. There will not be day-of registration. Our football game will start at 1 p.m. and tickets will be available on game day. Delaware Valley University has been named one of the best schools in the Northeast by The Princeton Review in the new 2022 list. The "2022 Best Colleges: Region by Region" feature names schools in five zones-the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, West, and International-that Princeton Review recommends as "regional bests."

Schools are selected based on factors such as academic excellence and student satisfaction. "We chose Delaware Valley University and the other outstanding institutions on this list primarily for their academics," said Princeton Review Editor-in-Chief Robert Franek.
