How do plants make you feel?

Which slide is your fav?

It’s kinda funny to me that during lock down back in 2020 I started a journey that would change my entire outlook on life!

I was reading Your A Badass by Jen Sincero and started a journey that has led me to become the woman I am today!

The truth is I often struggle with feelings of fear, doubt & imposture syndrome.

And the reality is I have had to take a hard look in the mirror 🪞 to realize I am My biggest LOVE & if it means embodying this love then I better love All the parts of me that require tenderness, grace & forgiveness.

Believe me this journey has not been a walk in the garden but I am infinitely grateful for All of it!
Each step that brings me to the present!

There is something to be said about the ritual & ceremony involving plant medicines

My heart is so full 🌈 🫶🏼
I can honestly say it’s a dream come tru bringing people together to bring the healing arts to life!
