IDEA (20 U.S.C. §1400) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

This means your child may be entitled to:

âś” Speech, OT, counseling & other services
âś” Accommodations & supports
âś” An appropriate school placement
âś” At NO cost to you
