Mrs. Levis’ 8th Grade Science classes learned about the states of matter and made Oobleck in the lab today! Oobleck is a suspension of starch and water, and it does not follow the normal rules of fluid viscosity. It acts like a liquid when poured or touched gently, but it turns into a solid when you squeeze, punch, or apply force to it. Great job, 8th Grade!
