Spring Stock Market Challenge, UH was a top ten finisher in the state – we came in 2ND PLACE!!! This is among all schools in the state who participated, and we were the only elementary school that made it to the top 10!
A big congrats to the two teams who helped us place; Avalyn Riley, Emma Ruba & Madison Koons came in 2nd place in the state & Lenart Namani, Jimmy Welsh & Rithvik Munagapati came in 4th place. Great work Unicorns! 🦄

UH Field Day… a favorite event every year!
Thank you to Mrs. Hale & Mrs. Powell for planning and organizing such an amazing day for our students and staff. From start to finish, the energy, teamwork, and smiles were everywhere. Students (and staff!) had an absolute blast making memories together. Another fantastic UH Field Day in the books! 💙💛
Students in our Cultural Connections Club focused on spreading kindness to teachers by participating in the “Give this to a teacher who…” trend. 💛
A fun way to celebrate Teacher Appreciation Week and recognize all the amazing things our teachers do each day to support, encourage, and inspire students! 👩🏫👨🏫

Today, UH students participated in the DASD Track & Field Event (formerly known as Special Olympics) at Kottmeyer Stadium. It was a beautiful day for such a special event! This morning, all of our UH students gathered outside to cheer on our participants as they boarded the buses - what an amazing show of support and school spirit.

📚✨ One Book, One School Reveal Day at UH! ✨📚
What a FUN morning it was as students arrived to discover this year’s One Book, One School selection for PSSA week! The big reveal…
We’ll all be reading The One and Only Family by Katherine Applegate!
Our common area was completely transformed into Ivan’s habitat, setting the scene for this special moment. And a HUGE shoutout to Mr. Giering (aka “Ivan”) who welcomed students with energy and excitement in the beautifully decorated space by teachers/staff.
We can’t wait to see our school community come together through this incredible book during PSSA week. Happy reading, UH!
