There's a lot of news and (mis) information coming down about the lawsuit that the National Association of Realtors recently agreed to settle. The settlement has not yet been approved. There are plenty of people talking without having a clue what they are talking about. As licensed agents, we are being made well-aware of the situation with up-to-the minute information.
