Chester County Intermediate Unit

The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) is looking for Driver’s Education Instructors to join our Brandywine Virtual Academy team! Help guide students as they gain the skills, confidence, and responsibility needed to become safe drivers on our roads.

• Provide behind-the-wheel instruction and real-world driving experience

• Valid PA Driver’s License
• Driver’s Education certification (preferred) or eligible credentials
• Ability to mentor students and remain calm in high-pressure situations

Throughout the school year, our Specialized Instructional Coaching team and members of the TaC team joined Internal Coaches from across Pennsylvania for a monthly capacity-building series hosted by the PaTTAN Autism Initiative.

Our team engaged in ongoing collaboration, networking, and professional learning focused on strengthening coaching practices and building systems that support meaningful outcomes for students, staff, and classrooms. Opportunities like these allow us to continually grow and refine our own practices so we can provide high-quality support and services to both CCIU programs and the districts and schools we partner with throughout Chester County.

We are grateful for the opportunity to learn alongside so many dedicated professionals across the Commonwealth and look forward to continuing this work in the year ahead. 💙

Nearly 300 talented students from elementary, middle, and high schools across the county came together to bring Shakespeare’s timeless stories to life. Each school delivered a unique 20-minute adaptation, staying true to the spirit of the original works while adding their own creative flair.
