Many concerned educators have joined professional groups for the past 76 years like International Dyslexia Association, WPS - Western Psychological Services, Learning Ally.
Any school staff person can find 63 years of public news from the Learning Disabilities Association of America
The tax payers are funding the benefits and salaries of the educators with the expectation they know how to teach literacy as well as do their own lifelong learning said New Zealand.
A number of agencies are working to change the professional licensure standards to create greater accountability because blind trust has not worked out said Australia.
 The Canadian Pediatric Society has reported how low literacy has had a negative impact on the Wellbeing and the life outcomes of the children.

Society has incorrectly counted on all educators to have the skill and will to do their own lifelong learning. Now social media is revealing a portion of educators feel they do not need to learn unless given paid work training, which is the foundation of why so many places have a literacy crisis.

We don’t have a knowledge gap about dyslexia. We have enough information. We have an “ action gap “ testified Dr. Sally Shaywitz from Yale Center for Dyslexia & Creativity.

The USA has over 2,000 licensed jobs which require those people to stay up-to-date with their own learning in order to have proper expertise. Those jobs do not offer tenure or the option of the unpaid summer off to catch up on work or life needs.
