Keep your kiddos (and yourself) sun safe out there ☀️

The sun’s been strong lately, and it’s easy to lose track of the basics once everyone’s having fun outside. A little prep before you head out makes the rest of the day a lot more comfortable - for kids and grown-ups.

This week, Chaz and His African Drums 🪘 stopped by our preschool for a special visit! Our little ones got to see, hear, and feel the rhythm up close — dancing, laughing, and drumming along every step of the way 🥁✨ Moments like these are what make learning so much fun!

This week we’re learning all about Mexico! 🇲🇽✨
Our Caterpillars got busy in the kitchen making homemade churros, rolling and coating them in cinnamon and sugar before enjoying every bite. Meanwhile, our Dragonflies whipped up Mexican dessert cookie butter crepes, exploring new flavors and textures along the way. Activities like these help our little ones build fine motor skills, follow multi-step directions, and develop a curiosity and appreciation for cultures around the world. ❤️

Kitchen Creations was a hit this week! 🇲🇽✨
Our little chefs made homemade churros while learning about Mexico. From sprinkling cinnamon and sugar to tasting their finished treats, hands-on activities like these encourage creativity, independence, and a love for learning about the world around us. ❤️

Last Thursday was our first in-house field trip! 🌍 Wonders of Wildlife came to visit, and this summer’s theme is “Soaring Around the World.”

We got to see so many amazing animals from all over the globe, from a South American rain forest tortoise to a Sahara Desert fennec fox 🦎🦇🦊

What a wild (literally!) day 🎉 Can’t wait for our next adventure this summer ✨
