Midwestern University is proud to announce the opening of the Chicago College of Optometry on its Downers Grove, Illinois Campus. The small class size and the faculty’s open door policy ensure that faculty are accessible and available to provide high quality educational experiences for students. All lectures, workshops, and laboratories are led by the full-time faculty of the College, not by graduate students.

This weekend’s CE was extra special as we celebrated five years since our inaugural class graduated and welcomed alumni from across the years back to CCO. A special thank you to our alumni speakers Sanjana Shashidhar, OD, FAAO; Jourdan Valkner Krause, OD, FAAO; and Matthew McGee, OD, FAAO for sharing their expertise with us.
And we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful Saturday to reconnect, learn, and celebrate how much our CCO alumni family has grown. 💙 Here’s to the first five years and many more to come! 🎓✨
