Yesterday, our car rider and walker students came home with two number cards. Please help us by following these procedures:

Car Riders: Please place the number card on your dashboard where it is clearly visible when you arrive for pick-up.
Walkers: If you are walking up to Door 11 to pick up your student, please hold the number card so that staff can easily see it.

We are hopeful that this new system will help speed up the pick-up process while keeping our students safe and organized.

Thank you so much for your patience, cooperation, and understanding as we work together to make dismissal as safe and efficient as possible for everyone!

Interested in Before & After School Care?

The YMCA is hosting an Open House at Patrick Hamilton Elementary on Saturday, August 22nd from 2:00-4:00pm!

Families who have expressed interest - or anyone wanting to learn more about the Y-Club Before & After School program - are encouraged to stop by!

If you intend to participate in this program during the first week of school, it is highly encouraged you attend to gather all information necessary.
