On August 17th former Dowagiac wrestler and current starter at D2 Ashland University Wyatt Bailey and Assistant Coach Kenyon Ellison will be hosting a Heavyweight Camp in Dowagiac. Please reach out if interested.

The Greco-Roman tournament out in Fargo, ND started today Cals results so far are as follows

RD of 128 - Lost 8-0
Cons. Rd of 64- Won 9-0
Cons. Rd of 32 #1 - Won 10-0
Cons. Rd of 32 #2 - Won 14-5 over the 31 seed

He will next wrestle the 15 seed from Louisiana in the Cons. Rd of 16 #1

Cal lost a tough match 11-5 to end a great run in the freestyle tournament. Great tournament Cal!

Cal won his Round of 32 consolation match 12-0 and will next wrestle the 20th seed from Pennsylvania

Cal lost his round of 32 match to the #4 seed and will look to stay in the mix in the consolation side of the bracket.

Our own Cal Chapman is out in Fargo, ND wrestling at the U.S. Marine Corps Junior Nationals tournament. He finished Day 1 of Junior Freestyle 2-0 with a 9-1 over the 29th seed from Indiana in the round of 128. He followed that with an 8-8 win in the round of 64. He starts today in the round of 32 looking bring home a stop sign! Follow for updates.
