Thank you to everyone that came to one or all of my yoga classes over the past year. I'll be taking the summer off to enjoy the sunshine, travel and hopefully some rest. See you all in the fall! 💛

Wonderful weekend at Camp Tuscazoar playing in the woods -- sunrise yoga, hiking and biking. Despite some rain in the afternoon it was a beautiful weekend!

If you're planning to join us THIS SATURDAY, June 6th, here is a schedule of events. Again, this is FREE (donations to the camp are encouraged). It's a choose your own adventure kind of weekend - completely up to you what you want/don't want to participate in.

Weather Update: we all know weather can change, but as of right now Saturday afternoon has a 50% chance of rain. All activities are outdoors; therefore, if it rains those activities will be canceled. Stay tuned to this page for updates day of or reach out directly to either Turra or I for the latest.

Join me & at Camp Tuscazoar June 6th for a day full of yoga, hiking, and biking -- Choose your own adventure!

Come for the day (Saturday the 6th) or join us for the weekend. Camping available and must be reserved online at https://tuscazoar.org/reservations/

Free to attend activities, but donations to Camp Tuscazoar are always welcomed!

Tentative Schedule (Saturday):
🧘‍♀️Morning Yoga & Stretch: 8:45-9:30am
🌲Nature Hike (~3mi): 10am meeting in east parking lot by RV sites
🚴‍♀️Bike (towpath trail): 1pm
🚵MTB Bike: 1pm
🧘‍♀️Evening Yoga: 7-8pm
⛺Campfire chats: 8:30pm

Hope everyone is having a lovely weekend and enjoying this warm summer weather we're finally getting!

I decided to take off teaching yoga for the summer. Last day to flow with me will be Tuesday 5/26! Hope to see you all then.

Another chance to flow together is Saturday 6/6 at Camp Tuscazoar - let me know if you're joining is!
