My love of yoga was passed down to me from my Nana. As a teenager and young adult she always encouraged me to practice. I know now she could see my anxiety and wanted me to experience yoga’s healing benefits. Working as a middle and high school teacher I have witnessed first hand the immense stress and anxiety this generation of teenagers face everyday. This has only been amplified by the the stressors caused by the global pandemic. After experiencing a significant improvement my own mental health as a result of my own yoga practice it became my passion to share this healing. This is what inspired me to create The Yoga Corner.
I aim to create a customized yoga and mindfulness practice that fits the goals, schedule, and comfort level of teen girls. I cultivate authentic connections with each student so we can work together to create personalized yoga classes just for you. I offer custom private yoga classes, live virtual classes, as well as yoga and mindfulness workshops that you can take from the comfort of your home.
