Hello! I have been missing a lot of Yoga lately, but I believe life is settling down a bit now.

Saturday May 2nd
& 9th,
I will have 2 classes 9 & 10:15.
I hope to see you then.

My regular classes, Tues at 6:45 &
Thurs at 5:30
Should be running normally again.

Currently all my classes are at Stepping Stone Yoga in Dover. If you havent given them a try, please do. Karen East has a great selection of instructors, and offers community activities like her couch to 5 k gatherings on friday mornings.
