The DSU Circle The DSU Circle is An Alumni Affinity Group of Delaware State University.

The “Circle”, refers to the parcel of land centrally located in the heart of DSU’s Dover campus. It is the home for all Fraternity & Sorority plots that have chapters at the University. Throughout its history, the Circle has played a vital part of campus life as you could usually find the largest concentration of students socializing and networking in this area at any given time.
