🏞️ Fifth graders at Dover Avenue have been exploring some of the incredible places found across our country!

During Literacy Workshop, students researched National Parks to connect with the nature theme in their first Wonders text set. Working in groups, they gathered information about their park, created foldables, and shared what they learned with classmates. 📚🌲

Their teamwork, creativity, and research skills shone throughout the project!

🏛️ East Elementary students recently took their learning into the community to discover more about Dover’s history! Second graders visited the Ernest Warther Museum & Gardens, while third graders explored the Reeves Victorian Home and Carriage House Museum. 📚

A special thank you to Tuscarawas Valley Heritage for sponsoring both field trips and giving our students the opportunity to learn more about the history right here in their community! 🌪️
