Community Support Makes a Difference!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to Union Baptist Church for once again donating pencils to the teachers and scholars at the Academy! We are incredibly grateful for your continued partnership and generosity year after year.

In a classroom, a pencil is an essential tool for learning. Every donated pencil means one more scholar is prepared to write, solve problems, take notes, create, and fully participate in instruction. It also helps our teachers keep their classrooms stocked and ensures that a lack of supplies never has to become a barrier to learning.

Thank you, Union Baptist Church, for continuing to invest in our scholars, support our teachers, and help us start another school year prepared for success!

Educators are back and gearing up to welcome scholars back for the 26-27 school year! The energy is palpable and it’s going to be a great one!

THE FIRST DAY IS ALMOST HERE!

We are so excited to welcome our scholars back for the 2026–2027 school year! As we get ready to kick off another great year, here’s a quick reminder about our staggered start:

Monday the 31st: Kindergarten’s FIRST DAY!
Our Kindergarten scholars will attend for a half day.

Tuesday the 1st: Grades 1–8 join us for their FIRST DAY!
ALL scholars, Kindergarten–Grade 8, will attend for a half day. Kindergarten will return for Day 2 while we welcome the rest of our scholars back to the Academy!

Wednesday: We’re ALL IN!
Wednesday begins our regular FULL-DAY schedule for all scholars, Kindergarten–Grade 8.

We can’t wait to see the backpacks, fresh uniforms, big smiles, and first-day pictures.

A new year means new opportunities, new goals, and another chance to keep moving forward.
