Congratulations to our Charger JROTC Battalion Commander, Cadet Major Sicily Williams for enlisting in the US Army Reserve. Upon graduation, PFC Williams will enter the Simultaneous Membership Program (SMP) in the SROTC Program at Bethune Cookman College. Then onto Law School to become a US Army JAG Officer. HOOAH!
