The event will be held on Saturday May 2, 2026 and will include a boat tour of a working oyster farm in Rehoboth Bay in the morning and an afternoon tour of the pilot-scale UD/DSU oyster hatchery in Lewes. DSU Farm School starts tomorrow! This year we are partnering with DE Sea Grant and focusing on shellfish aquaculture.
