Hello WPS/FGH Ski & Snowboarding families,
Reminder: this is the last week to sign up and receive the tier 1 prices. Below is information regarding this year’s Ski and Snowboard club program. Please read all the way to the end of this email and be sure to download and read the attached Outreach Program Student & Family Guide.
Please also notice the Club registration link at the bottom of the email and the Club Calendar that will be updated periodically that you can subscribe to.
Gunstock Outreach Program for 2026/27
All insurance and safety protocols will be guided with the help of Gunstock to ensure everyone's safety. We will follow their guidelines as advised in the Student & Family Guide (attached below).
This program is for 8-19 years of age as long as they are in elementary, middle or high school. As a Season Pass holder, you will have access to season-long discounts on rentals, lessons, demos, tubing, Mountain Coaster, purchases at Gunstock Ski & Sport, food and beverage purchases, and more. Notice: kids joining the program must be 8 years old and up to participate.
SEASON PASSES ARE GOOD FROM OPENING DAY TO THE END OF THE SEASON.
Note: Depending on which pass you choose there may be blackout dates.
All students in the Outreach Program also receive complimentary rentals and a 50-minute lesson on each of Gunstock's four scheduled days, as well as discounted rates on other visits.
WPS lesson time 5:30 PM on Thursday nights. Lesson dates are 2/4, 2/11, 3/4, and 3/11 (WPS/FGH S&S Club Calendar) Lessons go out on time. We don’t wait so please show up ready at the flags. Please see the attached for more info.
Lessons are not required but highly suggested. Out of courtesy to Gunstock, we will try hard to have accurate numbers to help insure appropriate staffing for lessons.
There will be a hard cut-off for registration on NOVEMBER 14th.
We will NOT be requesting lodging time for our group.
There are 2 tiered price points:
Tier 1: PURCHASE BEFORE OCTOBER 24th
$200 Midweek with 6 BFF 50% Lift Ticket Vouchers (NO weekends and there are blackout dates, however you will be able to purchase lift tickets at 50% off on vacation weeks. Please see attached for more detail.
$350 Prime with 6 BFF 50% Lift Ticket Vouchers (NO blackout dates)
$95 Nordic with 6 BFF 50% Lift Ticket Vouchers (NO blackout dates)
Tier 2: Purchase OCTOBER 25th through NOVEMBER 14th
$250 Midweek with 4 BFF 50% Lift Ticket Vouchers (NO weekends and there are blackout dates however you will be able to purchase lift tickets at 50% off on vacation weeks. Please see attached for more detail.
$400 Prime with 4 BFF 50% Lift Ticket Vouchers (NO blackout dates)
$109 Nordic with 4 BFF 50% Lift Ticket Vouchers (NO blackout dates)
REMEMBER MIDWEEK AND PRIME PASSES ARE GOOD FROM SEASON OPEN TO SEASON CLOSE DATES!
When you're ready to register and join the WPS/FGH Ski & Snowboard Club, please follow this link and fill out the google form for each child registering.
Please notice: You will be ready to receive the Gunstock registration link after you have registered with the WPS/FGH Ski & Snowboard Club.
