"No" is a complete sentence. And it might be the most important thing you say this week.
Let me be clear about something:
Boundaries are not about pushing people away.
Boundaries are about protecting your time, your energy, and your peace.
And yet, so many of us feel guilty for setting them. Especially when we care deeply about the people around us.
Here's what healthy boundaries look like:
✅ Saying no without over-explaining
✅ Limiting your availability, you don't owe everyone 24/7 access
✅ Being clear about what you can and can't take on
✅ Walking away from conversations that drain you
✅ Choosing rest over people-pleasing
And here's the hard truth:
The people who get angry when you set boundaries are usually the ones who were benefiting from you having none.
Healthy relationships RESPECT boundaries. Even when it's uncomfortable.
What's one boundary you want to practice more consistently? 👇🏾

Depression isn't laziness. Read that again.
The person who can't get out of bed isn't lazy.
The person who stopped calling you back isn't rude.
The person who lost interest in everything they loved isn't ungrateful.
They're fighting a battle most people can't see.
Depression is more than sadness. It can show up as:
😶 Numbness - feeling nothing at all
😤 Irritability - snapping at everyone for no reason
🛏️ Exhaustion - sleeping all day and still feeling drained
🍽️ Appetite changes - eating too much or not at all
🧠 Fog - can't concentrate, can't decide, can't think clearly
💔 Hopelessness - feeling like nothing will ever get better
And one that surprises people: frequent temper outbursts, especially in response to small frustrations.
If this sounds like you, or someone you love, please hear me:
You deserve support. Not judgment.
You deserve compassion. Not correction.
You deserve help. Not "just try harder."
What's one myth about depression you wish more people understood? 👇🏾

You could be sitting next to someone who's falling apart inside, and you'd never know.
Mental health struggles don't come with a warning label. Sometimes they hide behind a smile, a joke, or an "I'm fine."
Here's what to watch for, in yourself AND in the people you care about:
→ Sudden mood shifts
→ Changes in sleep or appetite
→ Pulling away from people
→ Loss of energy or motivation
→ Feeling disconnected, even in a crowd
These aren't just "bad days." They're signals.
The first step toward healing? Recognising something is off. Don't wait until it's a crisis.
Check in with yourself. Check on someone today.

On this Mother's Day, I celebrate a virtuous woman, My Mother whose strength is clothed in love, whose sacrifices speak louder than words, and whose heart gives endlessly without seeking recognition. My mother embodies grace, resilience, and unwavering devotion—she has given so much of herself to nurture, guide, and uplift our family. On this Mother’s Day, I honor her for every sacrifice made in silence and every act of love that shaped who I am today. She is truly a blessing beyond measure. I would CHOOSE her again and again on Earth and in Heaven. Today I speak over your Life and I declare God's Favor and Grace over you. As I do the Heavens are acknowledging it and making it reality in Jesus name. Amen.

Happy Mother’s Day to Every Woman.
Today, we celebrate not only mothers by birth, but every woman who nurtures, uplifts, sacrifices, and pours out endless love into others. Your strength, compassion, resilience, and grace shape lives in ways words cannot fully express.
To the mothers, future mothers, spiritual mothers, mentors, and caregivers—you are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated. Your love builds generations, your wisdom guides paths, and your presence makes the world better.
May you be honored today and always. May your sacrifices be rewarded, your hearts be filled with joy, and your lives overflow with peace, purpose, and divine blessings.
You are a blessing to this world.
