How to lose 27 lbs AND add 90 lbs to your Squat. 📉📈

Most people think you have to choose: You either "cut" to lose weight (and get weaker), or you "bulk" to get strong (and gain fat).

Shelby just proved them wrong.

Look at the data from his Peak Performer cycle:
✅ Weight: Dropped 27 lbs
✅ Waist: Lost 5 inches
✅ Squat: Added +90 lbs
✅ Bench: Added +40 lbs

This didn't happen by starving himself or doing endless cardio. It happened because we fixed his mechanics, optimized his nutrition for performance, and followed a specialized system.
