FYI:

If you are charging fees for work they should be charged to the client! If you cannot bring yourself to charge the client for finding them quality care then you are not doing something right and you seem extremely shady. If you are charging BOTH the client and your colleagues then you are absolutely shady and need to go on somewhere.
If you charge the client a retainer but never give it to the colleague AND charge the colleague an hourly fee for every hour worked THAT’S DOUBLE DIPPING AND WRONG!
If you say to the client “I can find someone to work instead” and then find someone and then tell the person working they have to pay you for every hour worked BAYBEE WROOOOONG!
You want to be paid off every hour worked? Then allow me to teach you how to start your business in an official capacity so you can charge the client but no no honey we don’t charge the colleagues….

Folks need to stop having these champagne diets while also only having access to a beer budget…
