REMINDER of our SENIOR SUNSET Graduation Celebration Sunday May 4th at the High School Football Field!! Parents and Seniors are invited. Gates will open at 6:30 so you can get your chairs, blanket etc all set up. There will be a photo table with fun props for you to use. SENIORS will need to be sure and check in so they will be entered for the raffles we have for them throughout the evening. DINNER and raffle drawings will begin at 7 pm

( sneak peek into prizes: lots of $25 gift cards, legos, tool sets, mini fridge, tv's, coolers, totes, tumblers..... )
Watch for sign up sheet if parents would like to volunteer to set up, clean up, help at photo booth and more

SENIOR SUNSET CELEBRATION AND DINNER
TO BE HELD SUNDAY MAY 4, 2025 AT 7:00 PM

WE INVITE ALL THE SENIORS AND THEIR PARENTS TO ATTEND THIS EVENT. (no siblings please)
BEGINS AT 7 PM AT THE HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL FIELD.
PLEASE BRING LAWN CHAIRS, BLANKETS OR ANY THING YOU MAY NEED TO SIT AND ENJOY THE SUNSET TO COMPLETE OUR EVENING.

DINNER WILL BE, BRISKET, BEANS, CHIPS, DESSERT AND BOTTLED WATER (ALL PROVIDED)

THERE WILL BE PHOTO PROPS TO BE USED FOR PICTURES TO BE TAKEN ETC.

THE LETTERS THAT THE SENIORS WROTE TO THEMSELVES AT SENIOR SUNRISE WILL BE HANDED BACK TO THEM FOR READING TO SEE HOW THEIR YEAR PLAYED OUT

SENIORS: BE SURE AND CHECK IN AT THE FRONT ENTERANCE SO YOU CAN PUT YOUR NAME IN THE BASKET FOR DRAWINGS THRUOUT THE EVENING. WE WILL HAVE GIFT CARDS, LEGOS, COOLERS, BLENDERS, MINI FRIDGE, TV ETC.

THIS IS TAKING THE PLACE OF THE AFTER GRADUATION PARTY THAT WAS DISCUSSED AT THE PARENT MEETING THAT WAS ORIGINALLY PLANNED FOR MAY 11TH FROM 9 TO MIDNIGHT AT BOLERA.

Important Date to keep in mind... Senior Sunset Dinner is Sunday May 4, 2025. Parents are invited to attend with their Senior(s). We will have a Pulled Brisket Dinner with sides, drinks and desserts .

THIS IS ALSO WHERE WE WILL HAVE DRAWINGS FOR SENIOR PRIZES AND GIFT CARDS FOR SENIORS, So hope to see everyone there. ( Due parent feedback .. we have cancelled the after graduation gathering at the bowling alley on May 11th from 9-12. We understand everyone still has family in town after Graduation and Mothers Day. As well as parents were not invited to this event due to space restrictions. SO, we have made the change many requested. Which will also allow us to purchase more gifts to give away at SENIOR SUNSET EVENT)

First SENIOR 2025 PARENT MEETING WILL BE HELD March 11, 2025 at 6:30 pm at Douglass Senior Center. Hope to see you all there, we have lots to discuss for our end of the year activities
