Ycarte', now MISG was founded in 2006 by a registered nurse educator who envisioned a way of assisting the community, especially young people to prepare for a future i

n health care. The name Ycarte' was derived from its owner's name which is Tracy spelled backwards. The philosophy with this was that the business would require Tracy to put her heart and soul into building something that would greatly impact the community, so she just named the business after herself. With an emphasis on careers in health education only, this Institution has gained strides evolving over the years as the premier health education career training facility for Medical Assistants, Phlebotomists, Pharmacy Technicians, & Medical Billing & Coding.

It has only been three days, but sometimes it doesn’t take long for someone’s light to shine.

Samantha entered our Phlebotomy program ready to learn, work hard, and become part of the MISG family. Born deaf, Samantha communicates in her own beautiful way—and she has already taught us something very special: how to sign “Welcome to MISG.”

In just a few days, her kindness, determination, consideration for others, and beautiful spirit have captured the hearts of her classmates and instructor. Even more special, this class is already beginning to feel like a close-knit family.

Samantha, you didn’t just come to MISG to learn—you came bringing something for us to learn, too.
