This week in Kindergarten, our DMA students learned that some of the best learning happens when they can get hands-on and have a little fun!

Through their classroom Art & Crafts Store, students practiced one-to-one counting, number recognition, letter sounds, taking turns, and so much more, all while learning through play-based learning! 💕

They also learned about Jesus, the Good Shepherd, through an interactive lesson. Students crafted their very own sheep and then used them to follow the shepherd’s (Their teacher, Mrs. Kerns) voice. 🐑

What a special week of learning, creating, and growing! These are the kinds of unforgettable experiences our Kindergarteners will carry with them as they grow, and hopefully always remember to listen for and follow the voice of their Good Shepherd. ✝️

🚧 Exciting Progress at Divine Mercy Academy! 🚧

We’re thrilled to share that preparations for our new buildings are moving forward beautifully! The site is being carefully prepared, and we’re getting closer every day to welcoming these much-anticipated additions to our campus.

A huge thank you to Ed’s Concrete for their outstanding work on the foundation. We’re proud to partner with skilled local contractors who are committed to quality and care. Seeing our neighbors and community members bring this project to life fills us with gratitude and hope for the future.

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue building something special together. 🙏
