Get ready to show off your Eagle pride with all of our fresh, new Eagle gear! 🎉👕✨

📄 Paper order forms are coming home today and are due back by August 28th.

🛍️ After August 28th, you’ll be able to shop online each month through May, so there will be plenty of chances to stock up on your favorite Eagle gear!

💚 What a wonderful way to start the morning! 💚

St. Mark Community Church blessed Eastside Elementary with the most generous donation this morning! We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, generosity, and continued support of our Eagles. 🦅

💚🦅 EAGLE SPIRIT WAS SOARING AT EASTSIDE! 🦅💚

What a way to celebrate our first Eagle Spirit Day of the year and wrap up a wonderful first week in our neighborhood!

We ended the week with a special Student Convocation, where Mrs. Woodard and Mr. Miller encouraged our Eagles to make this year their very best by making good choices, working hard, and remembering that we are always better together! 💚

📣 We were also excited to welcome several Coffee High School cheerleaders, who brought plenty of Trojan spirit and helped lead our students in some Eagle cheers! Our Eagles definitely know how to make some noise! 🦅👏

🎨 And then came our grand finale! We were honored to welcome special guest and artist Mr. Mobley, who shared powerful lessons through storytelling and art. As an incredible Eagle painting came to life right before our students' eyes, Mr. Mobley reminded us that mistakes are part of the process, we should always do our best, and each of us can choose to be a good neighbor.

And the best surprise? Mr. Mobley gifted the finished Eagle painting to Eastside! 🥹🦅🎨 This amazing piece of art will be proudly displayed at the front of our school for our students, staff, families, and visitors to enjoy for years to come.

What a perfect reminder as we begin this school year: sometimes something amazing can come from a mistake, always give your best, and never miss an opportunity to be a good neighbor. 💚

It truly is a beautiful day in the Eastside neighborhood! 🏡🦅
