We are beyond proud of our amazing members, Caralyne Tart and Rayven Henderson!

Last month, the Alabama Council on the Arts visited our Club and challenged our 3rd–5th grade members to create artwork showing what makes Alabama great. Caralyne and Rayven had their pieces selected to be displayed in the State Capitol in Montgomery throughout the entire month of April—what an incredible accomplishment!

We were honored to attend the recognition event in Montgomery and celebrate this special achievement. Congratulations, Caralyne and Rayven—we are so proud of you both!

Every day in the Wiregrass, kids are looking for a safe, supportive place to learn, grow, and simply be themselves while their caregivers are working. At Boys & Girls Clubs of the Wiregrass, we provide exactly that.

Wilkester O., our 2025 Youth of the Year, is just one shining example of what can happen when a child is surrounded by encouragement, opportunity, and people who believe in their future.

This month, several of our incredible Board Members hit the road to visit our Dothan, Slocomb, and Rehobeth Clubs to get a firsthand look at the fun, learning, and creativity happening every day! 💙

From crafts and Power Hour to games and laughter, our members loved showing off their talents and giving our board a glimpse of the magic that happens inside our Clubs.

We’re so thankful for a board that’s not only supportive but hands-on in seeing how their leadership shapes Great Futures! 🌟

We are deeply grateful to Dave Stock - Dothan City Commissioner, District 4 for his incredible generosity and community spirit.

As one of his first acts in office, Commissioner Stock donated his salary to several local nonprofits, including Boys & Girls Clubs of the Wiregrass. This act of kindness will directly impact the youth and families we serve every day.

The 6th Annual Poker Run is rolling out Saturday, October 18 at the Boys & Girls Club of Daleville and you’re invited!

All proceeds help us reach our $20K goal to purchase a new Club van for our members.
