What an energizing day with the ALDOT Training Bureau staff! Team members dove into Passion and Purpose: The Power of Being Your Best Self in the Workplace and Mending the Heart: Teambuilding led by two dynamic trainers Ashley Jernigan and Demetria Mock-Mims. The participants were left feeling inspired,connected, and ready to bring their best every day!

We had an inspiring day at the Rosa Parks Museum! Staff participated in a dynamic customer service training session led by the amazing Ashley Jernigan. From teamwork to top-tier guest experiences, the Rosa Parks staff is ready to shine brighter than ever!

Great things are happening in Tuscaloosa, Alabama! Cheairs Porter is working with the Alabama State Bar Association Leadership Forum, leading a Discovering Your Leadership through the Myers – Briggs type indicator training. Participants are gaining valuable insights into their leadership styles and learning how personality can shape effective teamwork and communication.

Kicked off the new year with some serious fun yesterday with the Jackson Thornton Internship program! This crew jumped into team development and experiential activities like total champs - lots of laughs and a few “aha” moments. From problem-solving under pressure to learning how to communicate without stepping on each other’s toes, they brought the energy and left as a stronger more connected team.

Can’t wait to see how this awesome group puts their new skills to work this year.
