🎶October Notes 🍂 🍁

🎵Tuition is ALWAYS due by the first of the month a late fee of $25 will be applied to any Tuition received after the 5th of the month. Tuition can be paid by either cash, check or payment apps approved by your child's Teacher.
🎵Christmas Recital fee $45 per student is also due Now! Annual
Registration fee $25 is PAST Due.
🎵Theatre Fest Registration fee $20 is due by Wednesday September 30th. SEACT Theatre Fest 2026 Registration form deadline is October 2nd.
This is for all voice students participating in Theatre Fest 2026.
Theatre Fest is Friday November 6th-8th. We will only participate one day ( hopefully Friday)
🎵WMTF Hymn Festival is Sunday November 8th, beginning at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church in Enterprise.
🎵CCMS Annual 🎄Christmas Recital is scheduled for Tuesday December 15th and Thursday December 18th beginning at 6:00 pm each evening. The Christmas Recitals will be held at at the Cultural Arts Center. Parents will be informed by their Teacher which Recital your child will perform in.
🎵Please take time to inform yourself by Reading Monthly Notes either on the Remind app,
CCMS FB page and on the Bulletin board in the lobby of the Studio.
🎵Upcoming events will be reposted on the CCMS FB page some dates and times are TBA.
🎵Circle City Music Studio offers Music instruction in Piano, Voice, Violin, Guitar, Cello, CCMS Showchoir and Animal Adventures in Music designed for preschool children.

🎶September Notes 🎶

🎵Tuition is now due and a late fee of $25 will be applied to any Tuition received after the 5th.
Tuition can be mailed to my home address, placed in the Dropbox at the Studio or delivered in-person at your child's lesson. Cash , check, Venmo or Cash App are accepted ways to pay Tuition.
🎶 Annual Registration fees of $25 per student are due. This is stated in the CCMS Studio Policy. If you child has recently started lessons you have already paid the Registration fee. If your child is a returning student and you have not paid their annual registration fee, please do so along with this month's Tuition. CHRISTMAS RECITAL Fees of $40 per student 🎄are due by October 5th. This fee helps CCMS pay for the venue and the running of sound, and other features for the Recitals.
🎵 SEACT's TheatreFest 2026 will be held November 5th - 8th.
All Voice students are welcomed to participate in the Festival. Let your teacher know if you are interested. Categories are Musical Theatre solos, duets and groups. This is a great opportunity and fun experience for all voice students.
🎶 The Wiregrass Music Teachers Forum Annual Hymn Festival will be Sunday November 8th at The First Baptist Church in Enterprise beginning at 2:00 pm. Any student enrolled at CCMS may participate. Level two and above appropriate Hymn, Praise and Worship arrangement , congregational song or a selection of a song that could be played for an offertory are acceptable entries.
🎵Showchoir Auditions will be held Friday at the Studio 3:30-4:30. Picth matching, a verse or chorus of a song that has been prepared to sing. We will do a little choreography for rhythm.
🎶The Christmas Recitals 🎄 are December 15th and 17th beginning at 6:00 pm. The Recitals will be held at The Cultural Arts Center.

CCMS Showchoir offers a an excellent opportunity for your child to experience to build confidence, development in areas of singing, social skills, rhythm and movement all working towards a goal of performing opportunities at different events.
Our team of teachers would love to coach this elite Showchoir to a higher level of success in performing in our local community with the potential to expand our performances elsewhere. If you have a child that loves to sing, dance and also enjoys being a little dramatic, we would love to have them come and share their talents with us! Some of CCMS Showchoir performances include :*SEACT'S Theatre Fest each year. Not only as a group but also individual Musical Theatre solos and duets.

Check out our music items for sale at CCMS. The studio is offering egg shakers, Music bracelets and Music Packets for beginner- late elementary students. It's a way to show how much your children are enjoying music. There is a little something to choose from for all of our students.
