I am so excited to be joining the Emmanuel Christian School family for the
2026-2027 school year. I am a self-taught artist with a passion for faith, creativity, and encouraging others. I currently teach comic panels and oil painting classes at the Wiregrass Museum of Art, and my artwork has been featured in several museums throughout the Dothan area.

I attend Ridgecrest Baptist Church, where I sing on the worship team, teach a Paint & Praise class, and volunteer in children's ministry. In my free time, I love to read, write, create art, and listen to music. I am incredibly thankful for this opportunity and cannot wait to see how God moves throughout this upcoming school year at ECS.

We are so excited to have FaBreka Berry as our new K5 teacher!

Hello! My name is FaBreka Berry. I am excited to be returning to Emmanuel Christian School not only as a parent of an ECS Warrior, but, also as the K5 teacher! My passion and ministry is working with children. I love teaching during the very important foundational years as it can create a path to future success in a child's educational process.

I am bringing with me twelve years of professional experience in the education field from Enterprise City, Dothan City and Houston County Schools. I also have five years of experience as a K4 teacher from two local churches in Houston County. I have an associates degree in accounting from Lurleen B. Wallace Community College, a degree in child development from Wallace and will soon complete my bachelors degree in early childhood education.

I enjoy going to church, singing, spending time with my family, going to the beach and cheering for the Alabama Crimson Tide! My favorite Bible verse is Phillipians 4:13. I can do all things through Christ Who strengthens me.

Families receiving Alabama ESA funds must submit proof of enrollment at a participating school by June 30 to ensure funding begins on July 1.

Once enrollment is verified, ESA funds will be deposited into participating students’ digital wallets beginning July 1.

Hello! My name is Angela Reisch and I am excited to be joining the Emmanuel Christian School family!

I have been married to my husband David for 34 years. We have two daughters and one grandson, Korbin. I enjoy reading, attending church at Dothan 1st Assembly of God, and spending time with my grandson.

I graduated from Troy University Dothan with a Bachelors in Elementary Education. I
have spent the past seven years teaching third and fourth grade in the public school system. I
believe children are truly a blessing from God and I look forward to helping students thrive, both academically and spiritually.

We are thrilled to announce our new ECS school secretary Carla Huett.

I was born and raised in Dothan, Alabama. Graduated from Northview High School and later attended Wallace Community College for classes in medical transcription. ✨

I began working for the State of Alabama in 1985 at the Houston County Food Stamp Office for 6 years and then later transferred to the Alabama Medicaid Agency as an Administrative Assistant - Il. After retiring from the State of Alabama with 30 years of service, I then began working for the State of Florida with the Department of Health as an Executive Assistant to the Health Officer. In September 2025, after 10 years of commuting to Florida, I retired from the State of Florida. I began working at Southeast Health in the patient financial division until I was called for this position at Emmanuel Christian School.

I have been married for 6 years to Steve Huett.
Together, we have 4 children who are all married and beginning lives of their own.
We have 3 grandchildren (2 granddaughters and 1 grandson). We have 2 more grandchildren on the way; one due in August and the other due in December.

We attend Cloverdale Baptist Church and enjoy being involved in various ministries there, especially Vacation Bible School. ✝️

I am looking forward to serving at Emmanuel Christian and seeing where God will lead us.
