There's no mirror in class telling you whether you're skinny enough.
Nobody's counting calories.
Nobody cares what brand your workout clothes are.
We're all just trying to get a little better than we were yesterday.
Every new student has one thing in common...They're a little nervous.
Some hold Mom's hand a little tighter. Some ask a hundred questions on the way to class.
Some pretend they're not nervous at all.
Then class starts.
Before long, they're smiling, high-fiving their new teammates, and asking, "When do we get to come back?"

Not every kid walks through our doors bouncing off the walls.
Some barely make eye contact, some hide behind Mom or Dad, and that's okay.
Watching those kids slowly come out of their shell is one of the best parts of what we do.

Buddy Week is one of our favorite weeks of the year.
Kids get to bring a friend to class and show them what Wolfpack is all about.
Most first classes start with a few nervous smiles...
By the end of class, they're laughing together.
If your child has a friend who's been curious about martial arts, this is the perfect week to bring them.

The hardest class you'll ever attend...
..is your first one.
After that, you already know where to park, who you'll see, and what to expect.
Sometimes taking the first step is the whole battle.
Social media makes it look like everyone else's kids have it all figured out, but they don't.
Every child struggles with something.
Stop comparing your child's Chapter 2 to someone else's Chapter 12.
They're growing at exactly the pace they're supposed to.
