📢 We’re Hiring! Dothan City Schools is looking for a District ELL Translator/Parent Involvement Specialist to help strengthen communication between our schools and families while supporting student success across the district.

In this role, you’ll:
• Build strong partnerships with families, schools, and the community.
• Coordinate parent engagement programs, events, and resources.
• Support effective communication between families and schools.
• Oversee program documentation, reporting, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with school staff to promote student and family success.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Is fluent in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish
• Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Enjoys working with students, families, school staff, and the community
• Holds a bachelor’s degree (education or a related field preferred)
