If you have at least a 3.0 GPA, you can apply for paid summer internships--by paid, I mean $700-$1300 per week--with SEO.
SEO sponsors paid summer internships in big cities for students of color with at least a 3.0 GPA. Most of the positions are for rising seniors, but there are some for rising sophomores and juniors as well. :) There are internships in lots of areas such as accounting, banking, and law. Interns frequently get job offers for after graduation.
The next deadlines are Feb 1 and Mar 1.
