Read Across America is a nationwide initiative that promotes the joy and importance of reading. Throughout the week, campuses are hosting themed days, guest readers, and engaging literacy activities to inspire a lifelong love of books.

Strong readers build strong futures. At Donna ISD, fostering literacy supports our Number One Student Outcome by ensuring every student graduates college, career, or military ready.

Even though there is NO SCHOOL on Monday, February 9th, we will STILL be holding our VMS Cheer Tryout Meeting!
