She ensures cleanliness and safety throughout the school. Ms. Dunn leads her team daily, even when it gets hard. She delegate duties and trust that her team will support the vision. Ms. Dunn communicates, collaboartes, and is consistently doing her best as the facility manager.

Our Lead SPED Teacher, Mrs. Lequincia Allen is excited to pass the DREAM, LEARN, LEAD torch to our 5th grade social studies and science teacher, Ms. Lainey Irwin! The Lion of the Week for August 17th-21st is... Ms. Anna Pietri! Here's what staff members had to say about Ms. Pietri: Ms. Pietri has modeled characteristics of leadership since the summer time. She has gone forth and helped align all things with enrichment. She communicates and collaborates with her team, but also values their input and hard work. Ms. Pietri is proactive and a quick thinker. She foresees any issues and tries her best to make sure everything runs smoothly. When she's given a task, she already has ideas of how to make it work for everyone. Thank you for being a leader at LOE!

Here's what staff members had to say about Ms. O'Bear: Ms. O'Bear has become an amazing leader on campus, and her hard work hasn't gone unnoticed. She has dedicated time and knowledge to create a positive environment for her PLC, where they are growing and learning together. Ms. O'Bear has modeled leadership characteristics by taking the initiative to build capacity in herself, so she’s better prepared to support her peers and students. Ms. O'Bear constantly brings laughter and joy into any room she walks in. LOE is grateful to have her as a LION! 🦁
