Went out to relieve some busy springtime stress and did well on Crappie. Water temp late afternoon Thursday night was 66.8 according to the Humminbird. Minnows and Flu Flu/ Hair jigs with slip bobbers worked best. How's everyone's spring going?

Fished the Mississippi River for the first time in the new boat today. Lots of boat traffic, bank fisherman out in full force, and the fishing barge looked to have plenty of anglers. Everyone is after those jumbo perch the river is known for this time of year as well as Walleye and Sauger. Where is everyone fishing?
