SWCAP Head Start/Early Head Start SWCAP Head Start provides FREE education & support services to children and pregnant women in SW Wisc Meals are provided during classes through USDA.

SWCAP Head Start/Early Head Start, is a federally-funded child development program that provides home visits, classes, and family activities to eligible children in Grant, Richland, Iowa and Lafayette counties in Southwest Wisconsin. (Early Head Start currently serves children aged 0-3 in Grant and Richland counties only.) USDA Non Discrimination Statement:
