Strategic Education Collaborators

Strategic Education Collaborators are experienced school practitioners who focus on data driven collaborative processes with our clients. Our focus is on the use of data to develop a strategic plan that results in a continuous improvement process for our students. We conduct a systems needs assessment of the school’s areas of strengths and potential areas of need using leading and lagging data ind

icators. The process will include collecting, analyzing, and reporting data, as well as making initial (preliminary) recommendations for continued improvement. The needs assessment process includes the following data collection methods:
1. A pre-assessment analysis with key stakeholders on school strengths and potential areas of need
2. Key Customer Feedback Interviews which may include site and district administrators, staff students, parents and community members
3. Collaboration Focus groups of teachers, students, and parents
4. Observation visits
5. Key Customer Feedback Surveys which may include site and district administrators, staff students, parents and community members
• Academic achievement data

This comprehensive needs assessment may be used by our clients as a baseline for strategic action planning and progress monitoring.
