Founded in 1935, Dodge City Community College (DC3, DCCC) is located on the Central High Plains in Ford County, southwest Kansas at 2501 N. 14th Avenue, Dodge City, Kansas, and is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. DC3's campus design was recognized with an award by the American Institute of Architects and encompasses 145 acres, 2
0 buildings, a fishing lake, a 1.25-mile fitness trail, basketball, and racquetball courts, and a rodeo arena. The Conq (Conquistador Mascot) embodies Coronado's early travels in southwestern Kansas, and the conquering spirit of the College's athletic teams and are members of the Kansas Jayhawk Community College Conference.
