Dolly Parton believed in giving back and helping children dream bigger—and this year, we’re celebrating that spirit right here in Kansas through Give Like Dolly Day.

On September 25, we’re inviting all Kansans to join us in giving back to children by supporting Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library of Kansas. Your support helps make it possible for children in Kansas to receive a free, high-quality book every month from birth to age 5. Every gift helps us continue building a community where children can grow up surrounded by the joy of books and reading.

JOY! Was awarded a grant by the Southwest Community Foundation. The funds will be used to upgrade indoor play areas. The children will be very excited!

They grow so fast!!😓❤️
Saying goodbye to the kids we’ve watched grow from infants is one of the hardest parts of being a childcare worker.

People don’t often talk about how deep our bonds are with these children or how much we truly love and care for them as if they were our own. I’ll be honest, this is the part of the journey I struggle with the most. My heart aches, but I know they’ll go on to do amazing things.

To the parents: thank you for trusting us with your babies and allowing us to be part of your community. It’s been a privilege to see them learn, laugh, play, and grow.

We’ll never forget them.🥺💛
